Biological activity GSK2618960 (10-100 ug/mL; 10 h) potently induces dose-dependent CD4 + T cell proliferation in PBMCs [2]. GSK2618960 binds specifically to monocyte-derived DCs, but not to uncultured primary DCs, NK cells, or B cells from fresh PBMCs [2]. GSK2618960 (50 ug/mL; 7 days) enhances the differentiation of DCs and upregulates their activation marker (CD83, CD86 and CD209) expression in PBMCs [2].

Background

    Flow cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human CD127 antibody. 293T transfected cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an APC anti-human CD127 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB016046, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
