Background

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13C (CD268/TNFRSF13C) is a ~18 kDa protein. B-cell receptor specific for TNFSF13B/TALL1/BAFF/BLyS. Promotes the survival of mature B-cells and the B-cell response.

    Flow cytometry

    Flow cytometry using Ianalumab-APC. Untransfected BAFFR-negative cells (blue histogram) and human BAFFR-stable transfected cells (yellow histogram) were incubated with APC-labeled Ianalumab (5 µg/ml) for 30 minutes at room temperature. After washing, cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
