| Background | Tidutamab (XmAb-18087) is a humanized and affinity-optimized bispecific antibody (bsAb) targeting SSTR2 binding domain and T-cell binding domain (CD3). Tidutamab possesses a full Fc domain to maintain long serum half-life.Tidutamab eliminates SSTR+ tumor cells by stimulating redirected T cellmediated cytotoxicity (RTcC). |

Flow-cytometry using anti-human SSTR2 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human SSTR2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HB795016) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry APC using anti-human SSTR2 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human SSTR2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB795016) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry PE using anti-human SSTR2 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an PE anti-human SSTR2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB795016) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT.
