Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) has one of the lowest survival rates of any cancer, with KRAS mutations present in over 90% of cases. The dense desmoplastic stroma and immunosuppressive TME make PDAC particularly resistant to immunotherapy, driving research into novel targets and combination strategies. KRAS G12D is the most common KRAS mutation in PDAC (~40%), followed by G12V (~30%) and G12R (~15%). Anti-KRAS mutation-specific antibodies and recombinant mutant KRAS proteins are used in expression studies, drug screening, and neoantigen research.
Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) is a tight junction protein overexpressed in gastric and pancreatic cancers. Zolbetuximab (anti-Claudin 18.2) achieved Phase III success in gastric cancer and is being evaluated in PDAC. Anti-CLDN18.2 antibodies, proteins, and research biosimilars support target expression profiling and drug development. Claudin 18.2 is also emerging as an ADC and CAR-T target.

CA19-9 (sialyl Lewis A) is the standard serum biomarker for PDAC. Anti-CA19-9 antibodies and ELISA kits are used for monitoring treatment response and recurrence. Anti-VEGF and EGFR-targeted therapies have also been explored in PDAC combination regimens.
