Selection guide

  1. Antigen choice: Prioritize ORF2 capsid (E2s/VLP-like) for serology/immunogenicity; use ORF3 for assembly/release; focus on ORF1 domains (MTase/Hel/RdRp, etc.) for replication/enzymology.
  2. Genotype: Specify GT1–4 (GT3/4 zoonotic); use conserved regions for cross-genotype studies.
  3. Expression: Mammalian (HEK) for ORF2 to retain conformation/glycosylation; bacterial for ORF1 domains with activity validation.
  4. Assay: Use 4PL/5PL fitting for ELISA; include negative/positive controls and L/M/H QC; follow CoA for MRD and recovery.
