Research-grade reagents for Hepatitis E Virus (HEV) — a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA virus (family Hepeviridae) and a leading cause of acute viral hepatitis worldwide, with genotypes 1 and 2 transmitted via contaminated water in endemic regions and genotypes 3 and 4 associated with zoonotic foodborne transmission in industrialized countries. HEV is particularly dangerous in pregnant women (genotype 1, up to 25% mortality) and immunocompromised patients where chronic infection can occur. The icosahedral capsid is assembled from ORF2 protein, whose protruding (P) domain and E2s subdomain mediate receptor binding and are the principal targets for neutralizing antibody responses. ORF3 encodes a small multifunctional phosphoprotein essential for virion egress, and ORF1 encodes the non-structural polyprotein containing methyltransferase, papain-like cysteine protease (PCP), helicase, and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp). We offer recombinant antibodies, InVivoMAb functional-grade antibodies, polyclonal antibodies, and recombinant proteins covering ORF2 capsid (full-length, P domain, E2s subdomain), ORF3, methyltransferase, PCP, and RdRp, validated for ELISA, Western blot, neutralization, and functional studies. Comprehensive target coverage supports HEV vaccine development, serodiagnostic assay design, antiviral drug screening, and fundamental virology research across human and avian HEV strains. RUO

Recombinant Antibodies Sequence-defined clones providing domain-level resolution of the ORF2 capsid protein: neutralizing antibodies targeting the protruding P domain (SAA2238, SAA2239, SAA2240), E2s subdomain-specific clones (8H3, 8C11), and full-length capsid/ORF2 binders (8G12, SAA2698). Additionally includes antibodies against ORF3 phosphoprotein (SAA2695), ORF1 methyltransferase (SAA2696), and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase/RdRp (SAA2697) — enabling epitope mapping, neutralization mechanism studies, and replication complex characterization.
InVivoMAb Functional-Grade Low-endotoxin, azide-free neutralizing antibody targeting the pORF2 P domain (Iv0278). Validated for in vivo neutralization, passive immunization, and protective efficacy studies in HEV infection models. Suitable for evaluating antibody-mediated protection mechanisms and as a positive control in preclinical vaccine challenge experiments.
Polyclonal Antibodies Broad-spectrum detection reagents for HEV genotype 1 ORF2 capsid protein, ORF3 phosphoprotein, and the ORF1 papain-like cysteine protease (PCP), plus an avian HEV capsid-specific polyclonal antibody for veterinary and zoonotic transmission research. Validated for ELISA and Western blot detection of viral structural and non-structural proteins in infected cell lysates and clinical specimens.
Recombinant Proteins His-tagged HEV antigens covering genotype 1 ORF2 capsid protein (two constructs), ORF3 phosphoprotein, and the ORF1 papain-like cysteine protease (PCP), plus an avian HEV capsid protein for comparative studies. Validated for SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Suitable as coating antigens for IgM/IgG serodiagnostic ELISA development, immunogens for antibody generation, substrates for protease activity assays, and reference standards for HEV vaccine potency testing.
