What is a nanobody (VHH)?

A single-domain antibody (~15 kDa) from camelid heavy-chain-only Ig. It is highly stable/soluble with strong tissue penetration.

When to use VHH-Fc or bivalent formats?

Use VHH-Fc/bivalent for higher avidity and half-life; monovalent for steric-sensitive epitopes or intracellular applications.

Some SKUs are humanized or provided as human Fc fusions. Check each product page for framework origin and compatibility.

How to Select the Right Product

Target & Species : Confirm the target protein and host species reactivity (human, mouse, rat, or other). Check the datasheet for cross-reactivity data.
Application : Select antibodies validated for your specific assay — WB, IHC (paraffin/frozen), IF, ELISA, or flow cytometry (FC).
Clonality : Monoclonal for reproducibility and epitope specificity; polyclonal for broader epitope recognition and enhanced signal in WB/IHC.

How are your antibodies validated?

Every antibody is validated in its listed applications (WB, IHC, IF, ELISA, FC) with supporting images and data on the product page. We use positive and negative controls plus knockout/knockdown verification where available.

Do you offer conjugated antibodies?

Yes — HRP, AP, biotin, FITC, PE, APC, Alexa Fluor, and other fluorochrome conjugates are available. Custom conjugation services are also offered for bulk orders.

What species do your antibodies react with?

If a product does not perform as described under recommended conditions, contact us within 30 days for replacement or credit. Our technical team will help troubleshoot first.
