    Immunofluorescence

    Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% PFA-fixed and 0.1% Triton X-100-permeabilized 293T cells transfected with pEGFP-N1 using VHH anti-GFP antibody (Cat. No. ZP144033, His-tagged) at 20 μg/mL. After incubation with mouse anti-His antibody, CY3-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
