Background	V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 4 (VSIG4/CRIg) is a ~43 kDa protein. Phagocytic receptor, strong negative regulator of T-cell proliferation and IL2 production. Potent inhibitor of the alternative complement pathway convertases.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
