May play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. Regulates gene expression through activation of NF-kappa-B. Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human CD30 antibody. Jurkat cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human CD30 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HB038427, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
