| Background | T-cell antigen CD7 is a ~25 kDa protein. Transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells and their precursors. Plays a costimulatory role in T-cell activation upon binding to its ligand K12/SECTM1. In turn, mediates the production of cytokines such as IL-2. Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD7 antibody. Human Jurkat cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD7 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HY302107 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a CoraLite488 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690314) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
