| Background | Leucine-rich repeat and immunoglobulin-like domain-containing nogo receptor-interacting protein 1 (LINGO1) is a ~69 kDa protein. Functional component of the Nogo receptor signaling complex (RTN4R/NGFR) in RhoA activation responsible for some inhibition of axonal regeneration by myelin-associated factors. Is also an important negative regulator of oligodentrocyte differentiation and axonal myelination. Flow-cytometry using anti-human LINGO1 antibody.LINGO1 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human LINGO1 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV367107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
