Background

Oncostatin-M-specific receptor subunit beta (OSMR/IL-31RB) is a ~110 kDa protein. Associates with IL31RA to form the IL31 receptor. Binds IL31 to activate STAT3 and possibly STAT1 and STAT5. Capable of transducing OSM-specific signaling events.

    Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human OSMR antibody.HeLa cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human OSMR antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV716107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
