Background	Inactive tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR1 (NTRKR1) is a ~104 kDa protein. Has very low kinase activity in vitro and is unlikely to function as a tyrosine kinase in vivo. Receptor for ligand WNT5A which activate downstream NFkB signaling pathway and may result in the inhibition of WNT3A-mediated signaling. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human ROR1 antibody. Human CACO-2 cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human ROR1 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HX065107 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414 ) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
