Stability and Storage

Background

Neuraminidase (NA) is a ~49 kDa protein. Unlike other strains, A/WSN/33 neuraminidase binds and activates plasminogen into plasmin in the vicinity of HA so that activated plasmin cleaves HA rendering the virus infectious.
