Biological activity	HGS101 (1 h) shows EC 50 values of 0.001 ug/mL for Maraviroc ()-sensitive, 0.0003 ug/mL for Maraviroc -resistant, and 0.00002 ug/mL for Maraviroc -resistant HIV-1 in the presence of Maraviroc in JC6 cells [1]. May play a role in the control of granulocytic lineage proliferation or differentiation. Participates in T-lymphocyte migration to the infection site by acting as a chemotactic receptor. 1.
