| Background | V-type immunoglobulin domain-containing suppressor of T-cell activation (VSIR/VISTA) is a ~33 kDa protein. Immunoregulatory receptor which inhibits the T-cell response. May promote differentiation of embryonic stem cells, by inhibiting BMP4 signaling. May stimulate MMP14-mediated MMP2 activation. 1. Lines, JL. et al. (2014) Cancer research 74, 1924-32. SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Anti-Human VSIR/VISTA Antibody (HMBD-002).

Flow-cytometry APC using anti-human VSIR antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human VSIR monoclonal antibody (Catalog HP543036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry FITC using anti-human VSIR antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an FITC anti-human VSIR monoclonal antibody (Catalog HP543036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
