Background	Endoglin (CD105/ENG) is a ~70 kDa protein. Vascular endothelium glycoprotein that plays an important role in the regulation of angiogenesis. Required for normal structure and integrity of adult vasculature. Regulates the migration of vascular endothelial cells. Required for normal extraembryonic angiogenesis and for embryonic heart development. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human ENG antibody. Hela cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human ENG monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB604016, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
