Background	Protein jagged-1 (CD339/JAG1) is a ~133 kDa protein. Ligand for multiple Notch receptors and involved in the mediation of Notch signaling. May be involved in cell-fate decisions during hematopoiesis. Seems to be involved in early and late stages of mammalian cardiovascular development. Inhibits myoblast differentiation. Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human CD339 antibody. HepG-2 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human CD339 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HX118127, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
