Background

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13C (CD268/BAFFR) is a ~18 kDa protein. B-cell receptor specific for TNFSF13B/TALL1/BAFF/BLyS. Promotes the survival of mature B-cells and the B-cell response.

    Flow cytometry

Flow cytometry validation of a BAFFR stable cell line using Ianalumab-APC. Human BAFFR-stable cells were incubated with APC-labeled Ianalumab (5 µg/ml) for 30 minutes at room temperature. After washing, cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. APC-positive signal (yellow histogram) indicates specific binding of Ianalumab to BAFFR, whereas unstained cells (blue histogram) serve as a negative control, confirming surface expression of human BAFFR.
