Product Performance Guarantee

abinScience guarantees that all antibodies will perform according to the specifications outlined on the official product datasheet for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

If a product fails to meet stated performance specifications under recommended conditions and after validation of the reported issue (including submission of a complete experimental feedback form), we will — at our discretion — replace the product free of charge or provide a functionally equivalent alternative. A defective product must be returned to the authorized distributor upon request.

  • Notice of claim must be submitted to your authorized distributor within 60 days of product receipt, accompanied by a fully completed Experimental Feedback Form (downloadable directly from the official website at abinscience.com/feedback-form).
  • Products must be stored and handled strictly according to datasheet recommendations.
Exceptions
  • Antibodies validated only in recombinant systems are not guaranteed for endogenous samples.
  • Predicted cross-reactivity (based on sequence homology) is not covered under this guarantee.
  • This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from abinScience or through an authorized distributor.
  • Replacement or alternative products will be provided only after our scientific support team confirms proper handling and excludes experimental errors. Failure to provide detailed protocol information or follow expert recommendations will void eligibility for replacement.
Product Performance Issues

abinScience is committed to providing high-quality products. If you find that a product fails to perform as described in the datasheet, please contact your authorized distributor within 12 months from the date of delivery. The distributor will guide you to complete the appropriate Support Form.

Your distributor will forward the completed form to the abinScience scientific support team for professional troubleshooting. Please note that without detailed protocol information or adherence to our experts’ recommendations, abinScience cannot provide replacement products.

Upon confirmation of correct handling and exclusion of experimental issues, we will provide a free replacement or a functionally equivalent alternative. The defective product must be returned to the authorized distributor when requested.

Ordering Errors or Changed Needs

Currently, abinScience does not accept returns or refunds for customer ordering errors or changes in demand within the Asia-Pacific distributor region.

Incorrect Product Receipt

In the rare event of receiving an incorrect product, please immediately contact your authorized distributor. Keep the product in its original packaging and store it according to datasheet instructions. Do not attempt to return it yourself. abinScience will respond promptly to ensure you receive the correct product.

Exchange Policy

For defective products, we provide free replacement service, which may require return of the problematic item to the authorized distributor. However, we do not offer exchanges for incorrectly ordered products or changes in demand.

Returns and Claim Policy

All return requests must be pre-approved by the authorized distributor. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be shipped in original or equivalent insulated packaging (e.g., cold chain with gel packs, frozen on dry ice).
  • Non-compliant packaging will result in refusal of delivery.
  • We do not offer cash refunds or promotional codes in place of replacement or Credit Note for validated claims.
  • In cases of customer ordering error or post-shipment changes, no returns or Credit Note are available.
  • All shipping costs (outbound and return) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged for validated defective replacements.
Technical support and claim validation are managed exclusively through your authorized distributor, who will coordinate with support@abinscience.com.
